三、保函效力及索赔程序

1. 本保函为连带责任保函，甲方承诺，若乙方提出申请，并经甲方同意认可，即时支付乙方所申请的金额。
1. This guarantee is a joint and several liability guarantee. Party A promises to promptly pay Party B the amount requested by Party B if Party B applies for it and Party A agrees and approves it.
2. 乙方在合同履行过程中或合同履行完毕后，如发生甲方未能按照合同约定的义务履行导致的经济损失，应在保修期届满前向甲方提出索赔要求，并提供相应的资料及证明。
2. If Party B incurs economic losses due to Party A's failure to perform the obligations stipulated in the contract during or after the performance of the contract, Party B should submit a claim request to Party A before the expiration of the warranty period and provide corresponding documents and evidence.
四、其他事项

1. 本保函不可转让。
1. This guarantee is non-transferable.
2. 本保函的生效及解除以书面形式通知为准。
